How long will my order take to get here?

Due to volume and the locations of our suppliers, shipping times can vary. Usually it's between 12-25 days for US orders, and it can be up to 60 days for international orders. So hang tight!

I didn't enter the correct address with my order, what do I do?

Please send us an e-mail over at suportcarsarelove@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will work to get that resolved with you. We cannot guarantee we will be able to overturn every order, but we promise we will do our best and try to work with you.

Refund Policy

How can I get a refund for a purchase?

Products that haven't been shipped can be cancelled for a full or partial refund. If a product is defective, you can get a replacement product by reporting it to suportcarsarelove@gmail.com within the first 3 days you have it.
